Meet Our Team

Shoe Fitting

Jason is our accessory buyer, staff trainer and an ace shoe fitter. Jason spends most of his time serving customers and fitting footwear. He also has extensive running/retail experience starting back from his days living in LA working at Phidippides. If you don’t catch up with Jason in the store or at our fun runs, then you can find him skateboarding down Chestnut or exploring the new arrivals at Cocoa-Bella.

Amy  joined our team in the Fall of 2007.  Originally a member of our Santa Cruzin' Half Marathon Training team in 2006, she has been a staff favorite every time she visited the store.  After Brett and Kim made many requests for Amy to join the team she has graciously accepted and has made an wonderful impression on the store.  When not at Fleet Feet you can find her tending bar at Sweetie's in North Beach, or running the various loops around the city.

Manny joined the team in early 2010, after moving back to the Bay Area from L.A.  He spent the past five years over-seeing operations at Snail's Pace Running Store.  Manny knocked out his first marathon at California International Marathon in Sacramento 2010.  He is a top shoe-fitter and jack-of-all-trades around the store.  If you don't see him in the store working with a customer, there is a good chance that he is dreaming up the next great Fleet Feet running event in the back room.

Jon joined the Fleet Feet Sports team in April of 2011.  He has spent the last several years traveling the world, but has now settled down in San Francisco to finish school and enjoy everything this diverse city has to offer.  Jon comes from a long sports background that culminated with two years as a starter on the University of North Carolina men's soccer team.  Today he is an avid stair runner (the Lyon Street Steps being his favorite spot), and loves sharing knowledge about running and all the enjoyment it encompasses.

Jack joined the team in May 2011. Raised in Venice Beach, he has spent the past several years rock climbing, canyoneering, and snowboarding from California to Canada. Well-versed in everything from 5K races to Hood to Coast relays, he usually has a handy tip for any situation. When not darting through Land's End trails, you'll find him at the archery range, bottling his handcrafted sangria, or making a pop-art painting.  The piercing through his left ear is an African porcupine quill, in case you were wondering.
