April 7 - June 2 | Goal race: BRAZEN TRAILQUAKE, June 8
There may be nothing better than the joy of running free on an open nature trail. Opportunities abound in the East Bay, and we will take you there. Learn the ins and outs of trail running from our seasoned, expert coach and his trail guide assistants. Each Sunday morning you will discover and explore new trails that will delight and challenge.
This nine-week program is suitable for experienced runners, and can accommodate different skill and distance levels. Prior trail running experience is not required; however, this is not a run-walk program for novices. At minimum, participants should be able to run 3 or more miles continuously to start the program.
An in-person orientation session will be held at the Pleasanton Fleet Feet store on Wednesday, April 3 at 6:45 pm
TIMES AND LOCATIONWeekly group workouts on Sunday mornings at 8:30 am.
