The Big Run Training Programs
The Big Run Training Programs are designed to prepare you for The Big Runs in June. These beginner-friendly training programs will offer you the opportunity to train with other like-minded people. You will also get tips on strength training, nutrition, pacing, and more!
This year, we have three TBR training programs:
Ann Arbor 6-week In-Person Training Program

The Big Run
Southeast Michigan will be hosting two Big Runs this year to celebrate global running day. Come hang with Fleet Feet and celebrate what makes running fun! Whether you run or walk, we'd love to see you there to complete the breezy 3.1 miles. It's a party that you won't want to miss!
- Northville: Wednesday, June 5th at 7:00 PM
- Ann Arbor: Sunday, June 2nd at 9:00 AM
